Welcome! I have been practicing as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in RI and MA since 2015. I believe strongly in tailoring my therapeutic approach to each individual's needs with warmth and humor. I am here to listen closely and provide intentional and sincere care because research has shown that your relationship with your therapist matters most.
It is essential to me that my clients feel comfortable, safe, and cared for during each session. Therapy is a time to explore, grow, and change, and I am here to help orient you during that process.
